The program
Turn your SEO work into AI systems that run and rank for you
The schedule
Get set up + run your first experiments
Install everything, connect your tools, and see what AI can do when pointed at real SEO data.
Claude Code + GitHub + Railway
Your build stack connected end to end. Write locally, push to GitHub, deploy automatically.
Chatting with AI vs. building with AI
The copy-paste loop that's slowing everyone down — and what replaces it
Build a topical map in seconds experiment
Install one skill, run it on any site, get a full content map instantly
Connect Google Search Console experiment
Pull your real search data in. Find the gap between what people search and what your page says.
Pick your build target
What do you do manually that shouldn't take this long? That's what you ship on the last day.
Build an SEO tool from scratch
No more watching. You build a real audit tool. First version won't be perfect — that's the point.
Build an SEO audit tool
Simple to build, immediately useful, ready to offer as a free lead magnet from day one
Your first working version
Describe what you want, review the plan with Claude, run it. Wrong output is your starting point — not a failure.
Iterate: fix before you expand
Stay in the container. Make it work before you add the next layer.
Custom slash commands
Turn your most-used instructions into one-word triggers. Build your first one live.
Make it work without you
Your tool runs on its own, connects to other platforms, and reports back when it's done.
Give your tool access to other platforms
Connect Claude to live apps it can act inside — your site, your CMS, your data
Manage your tools from Slack
Your tool runs, the result lands in Slack automatically. Built live in session.
Parasite SEO experiment experiment
Publish directly to Medium from Claude Code. Same principle works for WordPress, Substack, and more.
Skills: write once, reuse forever
Save your best instructions so you never explain the same thing twice
Monetize + pitch what you built
Turn your tool into a lead magnet or a product. Your first sale is a DM, not a checkout page.
How to monetize what you built
Real examples from real tool launches. What worked, what didn't.
The lead magnet play
Offer your audit tool for free. Let it find clients while you do something else.
Your first pitch
How to explain what your tool does in two sentences — to anyone
Multiple tools running together
Demo only — this is where it all goes when you keep building
Deep dive — live build from the cohort
We pick one student's tool and build it further together, live.
One tool, built live from the room
A real student project taken from where it is to the next level — in front of everyone
How to iterate when you're stuck
The debugging mindset, the iteration loop, and when to ask Claude what it needs
Open Q&A — bring your build problems
Whatever is blocking you between sessions 4 and 5, we unblock it here
Advanced automations
Scheduling, chaining tools together, agents that act without you triggering them.
Scheduling + triggers
Your tool runs on a timer. Weekly audits, daily reports, automatic checks — no manual steps.
Chaining tools into workflows
Tool A feeds Tool B feeds Tool C. The output of one becomes the input of the next.
AI memory + context management
How to make your tools smarter over time by building on what they already know
Voice input with Whisper bonus
Speak to Claude Code instead of typing. Faster for complex ideas.
Wrap your offer + set your pricing
Package what you built into something you can sell, offer as a service, or keep as your own edge.
Package your tool as a product or service
LTD, subscription, done-for-you, lead magnet — which model fits what you built
Set your pricing
How to price something you built yourself without undervaluing it
Write the story of what you built
What it replaced, how it started, what it does now. Your launch content starts here.
Prep for ship day
Final checklist before your tool goes live in front of the group
Ship day — everyone presents
Your tool is live. You show the group what it does, what it replaced, and what you're doing with it next.
Push to production ship
Your tool gets a real URL. Anyone can use it.
Test it as a user
Find what breaks before someone else does
Present to the group ship
What it replaced. What it does. What you're charging or doing with it next.
Publish your tool story
Written, published, live — the same day you ship

FAQ
Do I need to know how to code?
No — but you need to be comfortable following along and trying things. Claude Code does the coding. You provide the thinking: what problem to solve, what data to use, what the output should look like. If you can describe a task clearly, you can build with this.
What tools do I need and what do they cost?
Three tools: Claude Code (Anthropic, paid), GitHub (free for what we use), and Railway (free tier covers everything in the bootcamp). Some API connections have usage costs — we cover what to expect before you connect anything so there are no surprises.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and the replay goes up immediately after. 90 minutes is much easier to catch up on than 2.5 hours. The Monday/Thursday rhythm means you only ever miss one session before the next — not a whole week of momentum.
How much time should I set aside beyond the live sessions?
Plan for 1–2 hours between each session to apply what you built. This isn't a webinar — there's real work between sessions. The more you put in between Monday and Thursday, the more you get out of the next live session.
I'm not an SEO — is this for me?
Yes — if you're a developer who wants to understand SEO, or a writer who wants to stop doing it manually, this was built for you too. SEO is the use case, not the prerequisite. You'll leave with a working understanding of the fundamentals because you'll have built something that uses them.
